Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data only where we have a legal basis under Art. 6(1) GDPR:

- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for analytics and any non-essential cookies. You give this consent through our cookie banner, and you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future
(see "Cookies and Analytics" and "Your Rights").
- Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — where processing is necessary to provide a service you have requested (e.g. responding to a contact or demo request).
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for the secure and stable operation of our website. Essential cookies required for the site to function are set on this basis and do not require
consent.

---
Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies are required for the website to function and are always active. Analytics cookies are only set after you give consent via our
cookie banner; no analytics cookies or scripts are loaded before consent.

We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics helps us understand general website traffic and
which features visitors find most valuable. It is loaded only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

- IP anonymization: IP addresses are anonymized before processing, so they cannot be linked to you directly.
- Cookies set: _ga and _ga_[container-id] — used to distinguish visitors and maintain session state. Retention: up to 13 months.
- Withdraw consent: at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in our footer, or on our Cookie Policy ( https://revnous.com/cookies) page, which lists every tool we use.

International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers, including Google, may process personal data on servers located in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we
ensure an adequate level of protection:

- Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which the European Commission has recognized as providing an adequate level of data protection (adequacy decision
of 10 July 2023).
- Where required, transfers are additionally safeguarded by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under Art. 46 GDPR.

---
Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

- Google Analytics data: the _ga cookies expire after up to 13 months; aggregated analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics property settings (a maximum of 14 months).
- Contact / demo requests: retained for as long as needed to handle your request and to comply with any legal retention obligations, then deleted.
- Where no specific statutory retention period applies, we delete data once the purpose no longer applies.

---
Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

- Access (Art. 15) — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- Rectification (Art. 16) — have inaccurate data corrected;
- Erasure (Art. 17) — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten");
- Restriction (Art. 18) — request that we limit processing of your data;
- Data portability (Art. 20) — receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;
- Object (Art. 21) — object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- Withdraw consent (Art. 7(3)) — withdraw any consent you have given, at any time, with effect for the future (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@revnous.com.
